We'll be in touch about bringing ReQuest to your building.
Residents
Open your building's ReQuest link to sign in. You'll find it as a QR code at the valet stand or by the elevators, or in the email or text from your building.
Sign in once with your mobile number and your valet tag. Then add ReQuest to your home screen, and it's one tap to get your car.
Ask the valet stand or your building's management for the ReQuest QR code. Not in your building yet? Leave your email on the home page and we'll be in touch.
Legal
Last updated October 25, 2026. ReQuest keeps only what it needs to bring your car up, and nothing that would help anyone find it.
What we collect. Only what you type into the sign-up form: your email address and, if you add them, your building and your role.
What we don't. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking tools. Our fonts are served from this site, so your visit isn't shared with font or ad networks.
Our host. The site runs on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles basic connection details, such as your IP address, to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. We don't store them.
Only to contact you about bringing ReQuest to your building. We don't sell it, rent it or share it for marketing. We keep it until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it for that.
Your account. Your mobile number or email (or both), your valet tag and, if you add it, your unit. You sign in with a one-time code. There are no passwords.
Requests and messages. Your car requests, wait times and messages with the valet stand are kept with each request so the valet team can do their job.
Location. Checked on your phone when you request a car, to confirm you're nearby. It's never stored.
Where your car is. Only the valet team sees the spot and key hook. You see that your car is parked, not where.
Payments. Handled by Stripe. Card details never reach ReQuest. We keep the amount paid and any tip.
The valet team at your building, so they can bring your car. And the services that run ReQuest, each getting only what its job needs: Cloudflare (hosting and data), Twilio (text messages), Resend (email) and Stripe (payments). We never sell personal information.
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Reply to any email from us and we'll take care of it.
Everything travels over an encrypted connection. Sign-in sessions are stored only in scrambled form, so a leaked database wouldn't let anyone sign in as you.
ReQuest isn't meant for children under 13.
If this notice changes, we'll update the date at the top.
